Through the use of EGI OMM Enterprise Modeling technology, JoinWork provides collaboration features such as group blogging, project tracking, resource allocation, forum discussions and context email.

The JoinWork online website is a free community service that enables users to form various "Towns" of different cultures to share ideas and work on projects together. Leveraging EGI's collaborative workflow and role-based technology, the online community allows users to allocate different talents of a Town and assign different roles to them to accomplish a common goal.
