Prior to founding EGI Technologies, Edward
held various senior management and software architect positions at
Oracle, HP and DEC. While at Oracle, Edward was the Director
of R&D managing the Collaborative and Distributive Computing Lab.
Edward authored three worldwide patents in collaborative technology.
He is a seasoned entrepreneur, who started OCT Research Lab and EGuanxi in early 2000.
Edward received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of London (UK). He
also received an MBA from Columbia Business School, Columbia University
and an MBA from HAAS School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Kerry Hemperly

Kerry Hemperly was an Executive VP of Marketing and Sales at ModusNovo, a Web services company founded by Amdocs executives.
Prior to ModusNovo, Kerry was VP of Sales for New Moon Systems, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems.
In addition, Kerry had held key management positions at Infovista, Storage Technology (Sun Microsystems)
and was VP of Marketing for EGuanxi.
Kerry holds a BBA degree in Business Law from Temple University.
